Père Magloire Calvados VSOP

Agree with the expert review... Sweet and smooth yet has enough complexity to encourage continued sipping. My first Calvados, and agreed it's a great one to try as your first. I loved sipping it after dinner. I got a second Calvados that I found too alcoholy and bitter compared to this one.

It’s nice but feels stronger than it is classified

It's my first cognac tasting.... I have alot of scotch at home but today i want something different Nose : apple ,wood , vanilla and it might be crazy i smell olive and spice palate : fruity , spice , very simple finish : sweet but alot of spice came back . don't last long For a first time it not bad but not great. the price is very good but for the tast i need to drink other cognac to judge better ...
