Prologue Blended Malt (Chapter 7)

What can I say, It's a peated scotch. Butterscotch, toffee, and a hint of pecan on the nose. Hint of green apple on tasting and you notice the ex-bourbon barrel aging process on the finish. Not terrible as far as scotch goes but not my thing.

Fine if you like peated scotch. I dont, so I give this a terrible rating. Not my thing

Apple on nose. Sugar and lingering spicyness. Mild pear, good viscosity.

Apple, citrus, caramel, leather, with subtle hint of peat.

Haven't refined that palate but maybe getting fruit upfront
