Rabbit Hole Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Benefits from a few drops of water or a small amount of ice.Slighty strong straight.

Sherry comes through. Smooth. Very little bite teas tins smooth from toss to palette

Was not as crazy about this one as I was the Heigold. Good amount of alcohol on the nose with some honey and citrus. The palate was somewhat flat and the finish was over quickly. Will need more time with this one to see if my opinion changes.

More subtle and pleasant. Very low sizzle, nice sipping whiskey.

This is that new friend you make that you could swear you’ve known in a past life. This tastes so familiar and warm. This might not be the greatest bourbon ever but there is nothing wrong with it either.
