Rabbit Hole Heigold Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Very smooth

Great blend of smooth front with a rye finish.

I can smell the higher rye contacts on the nose. Slight spice and sweetness.  smooth, almost wants to show some spice, but then the sweet comes in.

Smells of dried cranberry, toasted orange peel and honeysuckle. Taste is very caramel forward fading to vanilla soaked bananas and quickly ending with a spicy finish.

Typically a fan of high ryes, there is a flavor undercutting it that I’m not enjoying.
