RD One Bourbon Finished with Brazilian Amburana Wood

Wonderful spice from the Amburana staves. Cinnamon and apple on the nose. Tastes like ginger snap cookies on the palate with a sweet and slightly spicy finish. A hidden gem.

Nice flavor and finish. The amburana wood give it a nice touch.

The nose is Cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting. On the palate, nice spice notes, cinnamon again. There is more good flavors going that i cant put my finger because the cinnamon is so prevalent. Not a bad thing if you are looking for that. The finish is very dry and the wood really comes through. I wish it was a little softer. Overall this is a nice and unique espression.
