Rebel 100 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Blind taste test. Color is a light amber. Not much scent other than ethanol. Taste is a little bit of bread and spice, but mostly ethanol. Underwhelming

for the price, its right up there with some of the $30-$35 bottles.

This is probably one of the best bottom mid shelf 100 proofs you will be able to find. Moderately spicy. Not too much on the nose as far as aroma. Not overly sweet. Definitely worth keeping in your cabinet.

Light nose, caramel, red fruit in the body, medium finish. A bit too strong

Blind taste - bought 50 mL at Total Wine in Grand Rapids with Kyle.: Lightly colored. Almost no nose/aroma. Taste takes a second to hit, then is full of corn with peppery spices. Floral and salty caramel. Upon reveal, the biscuit and peanutty notes are there along with a hint of wheated cinnamon and oaky cookie. But flavors are subtle.
