Rebel Distiller's Collection Bourbon

Store Pick Rural Inn #2 Hints of Caramel, maple and spice. Nice finish!!

Good flavor. At 113 proof a little hot for the flavor.

Found this barrel pick in Chapel Hill, NC. Very solid wheated bourbon, especially for $35. Reminded me of the Rebel Yell 10yr. My guess is if you did a blind taste test with this bottle and Weller SR, more people would pick this.

Tasted this bourbon on a tour at the distillery. Typical notes with vanilla and caramel but not something I would purchase for my own collection.

Dark amber. Carmel apples on the nose. Somewhat sweet, baking spices. Oaky tannins are strong on the finish. (Grimes Fareway pick 2020)
