Reviewed December 11, 2019 (edited October 18, 2024)Sencha forward followed by hints of gyokuro and sansho pepper with notes of lemon present but not overpowering throughout, it leans towards the bitter side of gins. Fantastic choice for sipping and in cocktails. -
