Smooth, not a lot of smoke, would drink another dram

Hint of maple, smooth sipping whiskey and leaves a pleasant taste.

Nose is mostly oak. Flavor starts sweet and finishes slightly sour. Good flavor! Complex and drinkable

This is a sample that I received as a part of an advent calendar. Green apple/pear notes. More green apple on the palate along with honey. It has a short, tart astringent finish. I would try this again.
