Singletree Bourbon

Pleasantly surprised! The taste is very smooth and somewhat sweet. Notes of toffee, vanilla, and bread. I like it. Is it different than Tennessee or Kentucky bourbon? Of course it is. Singletree is aged in warehouses that experience the temperature extremes of Minnesota! And I find the unique flavor to be exceptionally enjoyable.

The grain and yeast flavors overwhelm in a negative way. As a Minnesota native I was hoping for something better.
