Smoke Wagon Fourth of July Straight Bourbon (2021 Edition)

Nose: vanilla custard, very sweet like the vanilla custard in a cheap long John, faint rye bread, and fig. I think there is some crisp apple in the background as well. Palate: vanilla and brown sugar coat the palate, doesn’t taste as sweet as it smells, baking spices are present but cinnamon is the dominant spice Finish: finishes with sweet spicy cinnamon like a red hot candy.
