Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon

This is a great Bourbon. The Aroma is not anything that stands out, but the flavor and finish more than make up for this. Lots of herbaceous notes with some mint, Creamy vanilla and menthal. Lots of fruit just below the surface and a hard candy sweetness that's well balanced with the spice. The finish is the star of the show. One sip, well over a minute and your still in the moment. A few drops of water add both length and depth while maintaining the balance. So glad that I spotted this on the shelf
