Reviewed August 12, 2021 (edited January 10, 2022)Nose. Smoke, sweet vanilla and a hint of sea salt. Palate. Much more subtle than the nose suggests and very smooth, but lacking complexity. Smoky brine, creamy vanilla and white pepper. Finish. Medium length. The smoke and pepper linger, along with some slight rum spice.
