Smooth Ambler Old Scout Single Barrel Rye

4 year. A bit young...minty cinnamon.

The standard vanilla/caramel/brown sugar nose with a spicy rye finish that mellows to toasted coconut.

Sweet raisin and caramel notes on the front of the pallet, followed by allspice, brown sugar, light dill to follow and then disappears into a finish quite short but long enough for raisin to resonate. Fairly balanced with slight bite on back of pallet going into the finish.
