Stagg Jr Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch 1

More spice than I usually like, but it really works for this bourbon. Sweet start and strong finish.

First bourbon I’ve tried where so much of the flavor is heat, but not overpowering. Really positive experience with not a lot of fluff. Good straight bourbon.

Spicy cinnamon nose. Hint of oak and vanilla. Smooth oily texture. Kick finish with more cinnamon.
