Stagg Jr Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch 1

Not a bad bourbon. Tried it neat and it had an unpleasant after taste. Added some water and let sit, got 10 times better. Definitely worth trying if you come across a bottle.

This is a man's bourbon. Tried it neat first. Then on the rocks . I liked it best afte the ice had chance to melt a little bit. It opened up and was awesome

Strong and complex. Sweet caramel nose and charred peanut finish. High proof so needs a little cut to open up and not seer off your taste buds.
