Stillhouse Black Bourbon

A solid taste. Little smokey and has a small bite

Smooth, light floral/herbal and caramel on the palate.

Coffee and chocolate

On the nose I get toasted pecans, floral notes. I get the usual caramel and vanilla notes that you find in most bourbon. This is also herbal and spicy. No doubt that’s the Rye coming through. I also get black pepper on the aftertaste. This one has a long finish that I can taste for a while after it’s down the gullet.
