Suntory Toki

This is a strange Whiskey. The initial notes on the nose are pure alcohol and spice (chilli powder?) Once left to settle for a bit. I get hints of vanilla and honey. The initial taste is bitter and harsh in a way. Burns down the throat and has bitter Gin elements. Strangely enough, once I finished the first glass. The second glass on ice became way more pleasant and smooth. Overall its a bit dull, alcoholic, and simple. Could be nice in a highball, but I cannot do such things to Whiskey. Won't be buying this again.

Color: sunrise on the corn fields Nose: lemon rind, baked root vegetables, ginger Palete: crisp green apple harvest, baking pie crust Finish: licorice, salmon fish skin with avocado

Kickin; Apple-y vanilla flavor on nose, citrus sort of tongue. Easy to sip. very good

Very good “everyday” whisky. Super smooth, great to mix into a cocktail as well.
