Nose: green jolly rancher, honey that diminishes when aired out, pear, vanilla Taste: Green apple, vanilla, nuts (walnuts), heavy oak

It’s ok. Maybe more of a background, doing-stuff whisky than an attention-grabbing one. Sweet, especially on the nose. Surprisingly spiky when tasted, though.

Nose: vanilla, lemon. Palate: cinnamon, sugar, lemon. Finish is short and smooth. Water: smooths things out but doesn’t add much. Overall: fairly balanced with a fairly unique “sweet and sour” taste.
