Vatted from a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks, the result being a smooth and creamy taste. There has been 3 batches produced to Dec 2018 – each batch was 800 bottles, 1 in June 2015, 2 in May 2016 and 3 in August 2016.
