Tullibardine 500 Sherry Finish

Apricot, vanilla, plum, caramel, grain.

Great Sherry flavour. Sweet fruit aromas on the nose, with a nice spice kick. On the palate I get amazing flavours from the Sherry with vanilla, dates, chocolate, and fruit like cherry. A great full body whisky, sweetened perfectly from the Sherry making it really well balanced. Definitely a must have!

This particular tasting may be a bit skewed by preceding it with a glass of a very light, slightly peaty Wolfburn. That created a strong contrast with the heavy, creamy, textured, sherry-sweet Tullibardine.

Beautiful dark dried fruit on the nose, rich spicy velvety sugar plums on the palate and a gentle lingering burn on the finish.
