Very smooth and mellow hints of vanilla. Not too sweet. No major barrel flavor. Good drinking whiskey. Tasting without ice.

Barrel #1 Batch #3; Well Balanced Blend. Just had it next to Kentucky Owl Bourbon and Whiskey Row was better. Hits all the right notes and more interesting.
