Wild Turkey Bourbon 101

Marshmallow and lots of ether on the nose, smells hotter than it is. Maple syrup and red pepper on the palate. Medium finish with toffee coming in

I now get what all of the hype is about. Wonderful nose of caramel almost like soft caramel candies. The taste really comes through with caramel, vanilla and creamy notes. I tried to open it up with a few drops of water but may have gotten a little too much. I got a butter candy note but that was about it. Looking forward to stocking this one as a regular sipper and mixer.
