Wild Turkey Bourbon 101

If I could only pick one daily drinker budget bottle, this would be it! It's oakey with vanilla and caramel. Wild Turkey makes some of the best bourbon there is, and you'll never go wrong with this one for 25 dollars or less! I often find it at sams for under 20! That's and absolute steal for this!

Right away on the nose there is a carmel cookie dough sweetness as if you just walked into a sweet shop or bakery. This sweetness fades on the palate and becomes a bit more earthy and savory and tobaccoy on the finish. I appreciate the contrast between the nose and palate. Overall I think this is a good option for people as they are transitioning into the higher bourbon proof point. Better Wild Turkey options out there but great value for the price.
