Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof Bourbon

N - vanilla clove brown sugar P - initial sweet quickly becomes all spice, mainly clove, and dry oak. F - smooth for proof with long finish of oak and mint. Think I prefer 101 mainly because I prefer spice to take a background to sweet instead of vice versa. Also I don't particularly care for clove or mint.

Maintains signature Wild Turkey spiciness, but mellows with vanilla. High proof content helps this bourbon hold up extermely well in an old fashioned.
