Reviewed December 18, 2021Juicy fruit bubble gum - melon sweetness on the initial nose - 2nd layer brings out some spice in the form of pepper but quickly balances out with some burnt sugars. Its an approachable proof point Front of the palate is a soft sweetness. Nice, full and smooth mouth feel - Middle palate is cinnamon & peppermint. Back of the palate is oak, spice and a slight earthy note - herbal black Tea? Finish is so-so. Starts out like a spearmint or peppermint tooth paste with a slight hint of cirtus- ends with slightly drying oak tannins. -

Reviewed December 15, 2021I like this one and didn’t really expect to as I wasn’t overly impressed with the regular BIB. But I’m a big fan of this. Is something a little different for me, and is very smooth with some wood flavor. Great stuff overall. -

Reviewed November 10, 2021 (edited March 25, 2022)This one really has some bite. Very spicy! I enjoy the bite but the flavor if just not there to complement it. Not horrible but I don’t think it’s something I would crave again.
