Wolcott Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Smooth down the throat, easy to drink. No overpowering flavor.

Sweet, vanilla, somewhat spicy, maybe a pit fruit, leathery with a warm finish maybe cinnamon.

I find it middle of the road to perhaps subpar. Not a lot of depth or complexity. Probably ok for mixing with coke but that's about it.

Little bland with burn. Probably better as a Juliep or Old Fashioned.
