Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon

Caramelized brown sugar and cinnamon. Would go great with a snickerdoodle cookie.

Opened this ~6 weeks ago; rating neat at the shoulders. Nose: vanilla and candied apple with hints of cinnamon, oak, fresh linen, and leather. Palate: baked green apples, leather, oak, and smoke with a slight/moderate burn. Extended finish with a long, clean burn and some toasted marshmallow. Overall nice, smooth and enjoyable.

More on the spice side of things,but certainly not overdone with a very light citrus presence. I find that it has a pleasant touch of vanilla and a mouthfeel that sours as it fades. Tried it on its own, but would like to make an Old Fashioned with it.
