SJ Bourbon Drinkers pick, barrel no. 1808619, bottled at 109 proof. Initially, I didn't like this when I tried it last night immediately after opening the bottle (rocks glass). Coming back to it today (Glencairn), I appreciated it much more. Peanut brittle is the most prevalent undercurrent throughout, but there is a nice burnt brown sugar and cocoa quality to this, with hints of creme brulee. Medium long finish with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Low burn, but pleasant heat where present. The more I sip this, the more I like it.
