Nose: cesty floral with some malt. Lightly brine peated notes.
Palate: initially frothy brine notes. It then moves around the cesty floral "sweetness" before settling back to the brine and the peat showing up.
Finish: a nice lingering mix of costal peat smoke and a bit of the citrus cest, then with more of the dry barrel tannins.
The palate is definitely more interesting than the nose. As is the finish. All round another good entry into smoke for those that want to tread lightly.
