My first one from the KC family and hopefully not the last. Inviting nutty vanilla scent for the nose to grab on too. The taste is smooth, smoky and mildly fruity with the familiar kick afterwards. Its strength does dominate if it's drunk neat. Not surprising by looking at how strong it is. Regardless, after a couple of sips one can get very used to and after that the smoky sweetness comes through even stronger. A very nice bourbon, one of the best I had the opportunity to drink so far. Drink it neat, on ice or as an Old Fashioned. You won't be disappointed at all.
