Nose: Carmel, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange and vanilla Taste: creamy orange custard, spice, toasted oak tannins, honey and vanilla Finish: sharp and quick, has a faint burn reminiscent of baking spices Doesn’t have the typical maple sweetness that usually turns me away from bourbon. Great tasting dram overall.
