Extremely floral nose, with hints of bubble gum, stone fruit, honeysuckle, and something that reminds me of white out but in a good way. Light, fruity, floral scents dominate and are complex but predominantly bright.
Nosed in the glass for 5 minutes before tasting.
Taste is subtly oaky with a pastry cream-like quality that transitions quickly into Belgian sugared waffles, buttermilk, and a touch of caramel sugar. The body is light, slightly waxy, and the finish is reached quickly, but then it lingers and fades slowly and pleasantly
