Big punch of caramel and char. Excellent flavor, but a bit unrefined. Could use a few more years in the barrel.

@Swahili1 I’ve debated throwing this and a New Riff into a small charred barrel for a year (honestly probably less) just to see what happens
I thought much the same. lots of nice parts but not quite yet together yet. check back at year 6-8 and this could knock it out of the park. For now.....let it rest
