Neat. Nose is great with lots of cooked agave, minerals/earth, vegetal with grass and herbs, and a little floral and citrus. Taste starts with rich and fruity agave, peppercorns, floral vanilla, balanced with some soft minerals, brine, and a hint of butter. Finish is sweet and herbal Delicious and unique.
