Bourbon smell but more mature. Woody sweet notes, not 100 proof nose, burned sugar, vanilla, light smoke at the back. After some time some light pickle. Palate: light burn, clean taste with some smoke, spices and toast. Finish is fast, warm and pleasant. Mixer: did an awfull job in whiskey sour. Made one with regular Bushmills and Creek same proportion and ingredients: Creek - weird color (more like dirty, maybe it's rye), no foam, taste was ok. Bushmills was perfect - milky foam, pleasant taste, light and more yummy color. Maybe it's the difference in alcohol level - 50vol vs 40vol. But Creek did good as Old Fashioned Probably will not buy again, but will try some other Rye
