Smells sweet, and strongly of wood and fruit. Also a slight floral scent. Very complex taste, at least to my inexperienced palate. Strong spiciness, but not a burn. Tastes of forest, like a combination of fresh growth, flowering plants and a strong earthen-bark type flavor. It has a long finish, and really reminds me of standing out in the woods after a rain-storm. I like that.
