I keep a bottle of Evan Williams White label Bottled in Bond on hand for mixing at all times, but I often forget that this a damn fine sipping bourbon too. It's smooth and sweet, and has enough proof for a little bite too. Vanilla, caramel goodness that has just enough oak to make it interesting. Not much complexity, but sometimes you just want something simple, sweet and smooth. This hits the mark as a perfect mixer, but can hold its own as a sipper. Oh, and it's a helluva bargain too.
