I might give this a higher score if I could get into bourbon. This isn't as sweet as most I've had, so that's good. Vanilla, caramelized sugar, orange peel, wood, a little black pepper and a dryish finish. Pretty well balanced. Something reminds me of appalachian mtn rain.
