Had the pleasure to try a shot of the 21yo caribbean rum reserve. Aged a bit in rum barrels. Very soft mild smell, little sweetness. Neat as usual, the only way to fully enjoy in my opinion. So smooth on the toung, youll taste it at the back of the toung. Goes down mildly warm and stays that way as it hits bottom. Ive had the 21yo at the distillery, not tried the rum aged till now, glad i did.
