After it breathes a bit a ripe Granny Smith apple scent emerges. It’s light on the palate. A mineral taste like that of a river stone, followed by vanilla and lavender. Silky texture. This whiskey is so refined and elegant it might read a damn poem to you. A fantastic dram to recalibrate the taste buds.
