Love the smell, chocolate on a warm summer day. As far as Irish whisky goes this one stands alone. Taste is somewhat Smokey, almost like a scotch. Taste at first is bland, but a quick swish warms up the taste and releases the flavor, like a cinnamon mixed with hops.
