Great to drink neat or mixed in your favorite cocktails. Soft velvety notes of dill and caraway, orange peel and sumac. Makes a great gin substitute for those that get put off by the heavy Juniper of that and I always recommend to whiskey drinkers. I keep 2 bottles of of this on my bar at all times.
