Poured neat. Initial nosing is light and airy with hints of orange, and sugar sweetness. Grains and cinnamon notes jump out after the first sip, like a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch before you pour in the milk. Cinnamon kick upfront, honey sweetness follows. Palate rounds out with all-spice and white pepper. Short oaky finish, reasonably tasty, and low on heat. Great for a social sipper.
