This is a great eye whisky at a very good price point. I’m not crazy about high abv and this one is just right. Lots of flavor, but smooth and sweet, you get the characteristic rye note which is a bit bitter and dark and spicy, but also desserty sweet, vanilla. It’s a very easy sipper and pleasant to drink neat. I can see it being a great base for cocktail also.
