Tasted at a bar.
Nose- honey and pears.
Taste- Really easy to sip, some under ripe red apples and more pears, the honey sweetness comes through, a bit of barrel wood but not what I'd expect for the age. It was coming off a bit muted but very well rounded. I'd hand this to someone who equates "smooth" with quality in a heart beat but for my taste it was a bit down the middle.
Finish was more.sweet fruits, gentle green grass.
