Nose - big spiced caramel up front, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar and a hint of chocolate Palette - medium bodied, sharp and spicy, slightly metallic, cinnamon, dark caramel, a bit of cherry Finish - slightly dry, lingering cinnamon, medium heat
