Palate- softer flavors than it smelled though the alcohol feels above 83 proof, rye spice, some soft mint, pepper, clove, clover honey Finish - peppery over brown sugar, breathes in that minty rye ending Interesting enough I want to see what the barrel proof or a longer aged bottle would offer.
