Mild/mod peated, moderately sweet, soooo smooth and balanced, a little bit of smokiness in a good way. Nice slow sipper. Sweetness isn’t enough to make you drink a lot quickly like a bourbon, perfect supper!!! I could drink an entire bottle of this.
