Get the vanilla and corn on the nose. After a couple drops of water and searching I found a little burnt sugar like creme brûlée. On the taste I get creme style corn, vanilla, and caramel syrup. There was a little extra rye spice on the finish than a typical bourbon. After the few drops of water the spice and rye comes through more. Overall this is a fine bourbon but not adventurous.
